On January 28th, Kazoo Media celebrated their 10-year anniversary, which also happened to be National Kazoo Day. Yeah, yeah – we planned that. Clients, friends and family were treated to a night of craps and cocktails. Well, not just craps and cocktails. People also had a chance to try their luck at blackjack and roulette. Sensing a theme yet? This momentous event featured a casino night with a signature cocktail, delicious food and amazing people.
The night was hosted in the event space of 821 W. 17th – aka the home of the Kazoo team. This was the perfect space as we had the opportunity to show people where we spend our days.
There were definitely some intense moments as dice flew down the craps table and people either won big or lost even bigger.
People also had to face the hard decision to hit or stay at the blackjack table. Once the ball dropped at the roulette table, friends got competitive and the smack talk was in full force. Now, this was all fake money of course and we can happily report no fights broke out. Spirits were high and the tables were perfect for the gambling beginner or seasoned veteran. Those with the most chips at the end of the night received a prize.
The party also included some awesome custom features thanks to Whiskey Design. Their team worked hard to create table tents, custom props for the photo booth and personalized quotes from our fearless leader, Cindy Augustine. The Whiskey team is also responsible for the awesome gift bags. All guests received custom Kazoo branded items that included: a re-usable tote, playing cards, tumbler and anniversary koozie.
Celebrating 10 years was pretty epic and we can’t wait for the next anniversary party. Thank you to everyone that was able to join and thank you to everyone that has partnered with Kazoo Media. Exciting things to come!
